This German Village home is proof that you don't have to renovate everything in order to get a brand new look. We renovated the bathroom by taking out the existing bathtub and converting it to a spacious walk-in shower.We changed the floor tile and counters in the kitchen and painted the entire home, focusing on showing off some beautiful features and hiding some less desirable ones. This space now feels modern while retaining its original charm.
