Since we enjoyed the Nationwide District so much and really loved how the community was transforming, we decided to stay on Gilbert St for our next renovation. This home not only needed to be gutted to the studs, but the outside needed a dramatic makeover.  We added all new windows and siding and rebuilt the front porch. We moved the kitchen and added a bathroom, making this layout more open and ready for entertaining. As with the first renovation on Gilbert St, everything inside the home was brand new. Mechanicals were updated, new drywall and flooring were installed throughout, new lighting fixtures were added, and the bathrooms and kitchens were completely redone.
