This was our first "down to the studs" renovation. When Daphne saw this house she was scared. When John saw it he was full of excitement. We went with John's gut feeling and are so glad we did! This home allowed us to create a brand new space as we moved the kitchen to a different part of the house and added a bathroom. When we finished this renovation everything was new -  from the subfloors to the lighting fixtures. It allowed Daphne to use her design skills and create a whole house color scheme that matched the home's personality all while keeping the project on budget. And John was able to truly be a hands-on General Contractor by overseeing the structural and mechanical changes. This house will always be special to us.
