Bought in a foreclosure auction, this home had good bones, but needed a major facelift. We installed an entirely new kitchen, updated both bathrooms, and painted throughout. We also updated the electric, plumbing and HVAC so the home was more efficient and met code requirements. The exterior got a brand new structure on the front porch and the backyard was cleared and landscaped. We fell in love with this house (and Merion Village)  from the beginning and are so proud of how it turned out!
